Our primary task is to understand your vision and desires and, based on this, curate a floral and décor proposal that aligns with your aesthetic while incorporating our expertise and artistic approach.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
1. Initial Inquiry
Please send us an email with as much information as possible about your wedding.
Include:
- Date and location (villa, restaurant, etc.).
- Number of guests and details on what you’d like us to design (ceremony area, entry zone, dinner table styling, bridal bouquet, etc.).
- Your preferences and inspirations. If you already have a vision in mind, describe it.
- Attaching inspirational photos will help us understand your style and expectations.

2. Proposal & Pricing
Once we review your inquiry, we will send you a detailed budget estimate, breaking down costs by item and outlining the work and payment schedule (usually split into three installments):
An initial deposit to secure the date.
A second payment (around 60%) a few months before the event.
The final payment at least four weeks before the wedding.
3. Booking & Preparation
Once the deposit is received, we secure your wedding date and begin detailed planning. We develop a custom floral and décor project with visualizations for each area.
At this stage, we also finalize flower selections and refine the floral arrangements to achieve the perfect concept.
4. Décor & Furniture Selection
While working on floral designs, we also assist in selecting tableware, décor, textiles, and furniture for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
If needed, we handle all communication, negotiations, and logistics with rental companies. Our experience with rental suppliers allows us to recommend the best options to bring your vision to life.
5. Booking Final Details
A few months before the wedding, we secure all rental items―from small decorative elements (such as candleholders and vases) to furniture and large structures. Rental companies often require a credit card authorization for security purposes.
6. Pre-Wedding Preparations
In the days leading up to the wedding, we actively prepare and assemble floral arrangements with fresh flowers.
7. Wedding Day Installation
On the wedding day, our team sets up all floral installations and décor.
8. Post-Wedding Breakdown
After the event, we handle the dismantling of all décor and floral structures.
